The Yoga Free Flyer gives support and freedom to fly.

The Yoga Swing Free Flyer includes a Trapeze Bar to hang your Yoga Swing Plus from one point for an expanded suspension system. This device enables spring, swing, rotations, pull-ups and a hand hold to hang from. The one point hanging allows the unit to swing and move in full 360 rotation.

Our soft spandex fabrics ensure comfort in sustained postures, good support, and flexibility to move.  Our newly improved Spandex and Cotton Spandex fabrics are your magic carpet ride yoga mat for a Zero Gravity Yoga experience.

EACH COMPONENT IS RIGGED INDEPENDANTLY
Each component is rigged independently so that each component can hang at any level and components not in use can be removed.

CONVENIENT NEWLY IMPROVED RIGGING
The Ring at the end of each component clips in/out of a carabineer for convenient rigging. Multiple Rings can be put onto one carabineer. Instead of moving carabineers on the rigging straps one can click the rings for positions with carabineer in it.

SIZING
Zero Gravity Gym grips and slings are sized amply for people of all statures. We find the parachute yoga swings and grips to be confining and sized small.

The Swivel Spring Pull-up Bar has a 32″ padded fabric covered pull-up bar for a comfortable sweat proof grip expanding the hanging opportunities upward. This device hangs from 2 large springs for a graceful gentle bounce which softens your movement. A swivel allows 360 degree rotations. Two Rigging Straps, 48″ long, are connected to rings at the ends of the Pull-up Bar. The Yoga Swing components clipp in the 15 tiered levels of the Rigging Straps accommodating various heights and exercises.

Applications:  Yoga Feet support feet, legs or thighs and they also serve as hand holds at any point along their length.

2 Reach Grips feature quality, smooth, high-density, U.S. made, tube Grips. Can be hung high to engage and stretch “reach muscles” or hung anywhere you want a grip.

Yoga Swing has 3 fabric options.
All fabrics have Spandex in them giving you great Support, Comfort, Soft or Silky at Contact Points,Bounce, and Stretch for Unrestricted Movement.

Velvet Spandex is Soft, Supportive, Buoyant, Stretches the Least and provides the most padding thus, a little more Bulkier than the other fabrics. Luxuriant fabric gives the most support for heavier people.

Spandex is Silky, Smooth, Supportive, and Stretchy. This is best for exercising, movement and aerial dancing. Super fun!

Cotton Spandex is Soft, Supportive, and Stretchy. Great for Sustained Postures and for people who like Natural Fabrics. This has a real nice Soft Comfortable Feel.

All fabrics wash well and air dry.

The Yoga Flyer Plus comes with an additional Plus Sling.

The Yoga Flyer Plus gives you ‘suspension’. The Yoga Flyer Plus gives you ‘suspension’ with ‘dimension’. The ZG SLING and Plus Slings together give you 2 supporting holds in space for horizontal and diagonal positions. In the airborne horizontal position you are on your floating yoga mat for Fluid Movement including.

Abdominal Flexing, Aerial Dancing, Leg Openings And Extensions, 2 Point Swinging, Spinal Flexing, Swing Flexing, and Tummy Toning.

Some uses of the Plus Sling:

  1. “Suspension with Dimension”- With your back on the ZG SLING and your Knees over the Plus Sling one can be suspended horizontally in space to do and ‘Buoyant Air Rolls’, ‘2 point Swinging’ and Spinal Flexing and Swing Flexing.
  2. When suspended higher the Plus Sling is a perfect reaching point for a leg or arm enabling ‘leg and arm stretching, strengthening and openings’. Stand with one leg on the ground and extend one leg up in the air resting your foot in the Plus Sling. Then you can lower your forehead to touch your leg. Fall deeper into the stretch for greater ‘Leg Openings’. Now rotate around and let your foot follow for added opening.

When in ‘The Cocoon’ or ‘Relaxation Loose Lotus’ – legs are loosely crossed while sitting in the ZG SLING, you can use the Plus Sling for ‘Elevated Leg Rest’
