Traditional strength training tends to focus on one specific muscle or muscle group at a time. By taking your exercise routine off the floor, one calls to action multiple muscle groups simultaneously.  Suspension in space opens the body up to all movement possibilities and engagement of little used and atrophied muscles.  The core also actively engages when one’s center of gravity is challenged in the air.  Multiple muscles are engaged at once with unlimited possibilities when one is free of the two-dimensional space of the floor.

A whole new range of possibility arises allowing one to rewire and learn a full range of movements and openings.  One can reacquaint oneself with a strong and limber body one may have experienced as a child playing in a playground or in a tree.
Suspended soft stretchy slings and handgrips give support and holding points to experience gentle explorative ways to move and open never before possible using current fitness machines or free weights.

While in suspension and using gravity to elongate the body one will be pleasantly surprised how pleasurable and easy it is to open and move in new ways that were previously not well explored

We develop muscles depending on the tasks we are active in.  The body-mind connection becomes patterned through consistency of use. How impossible it is to write with your less dominate hand or swing a golf club or tennis racket with your less dominate arm.  We become conditioned to repeat the same movements over and over again as those neuromuscular pathways dominate.  While engaged in strenuous movements or weight lifting dominate muscles in the body override the use of smaller stabilizer muscles & ligaments.  This conditioned over the dominant use of certain muscles from years of habitual neuromuscular patterns of activity does not allow for comprehensive strengthening or conditioning.

Because of the well-formed grooves in the calcified muscles learning anything new can be difficult or impossible.  This is detrimentally limiting to ones full performance and optimum condition.  This correlates to the mind as well as the body if you can grasp the body-mind connection.  As we age it is harder to learn new things.

So how can we get a youthful flexible body and mind back and experience the fountain of youth at any age?  One can begin to unwind the clock of age, depression and addictions.  Two key things can help a body regenerate its flexibility and youth.

Over accumulation in the body restricts movement.  Cleansing the body of accumulation will help enable one to open and move in all directions.  Once the body is rid of over-accumulation it can begin to move with less pain and restrictions.

To get to the next level of fitness it is key to adhere to a healthy diet & move in all ways every day for whole body toning and flexibility
